Labor, health insurance and retirement package:

We offer labor insurance , national health insurance and make provisions for retirement packages in full compliance with laws.

Group insurance:

To safeguard the health of employees and their family, in addition to the national health & labor insurance, we cover our employees and their spouses & children under a group insurance policy solely at our own costs to enable them to work without worrying about their health problems.

Health examinations:

Our employees are subject to health examination each year to maintain their health.

Clinic:

  1. We have an internal clinic where a qualified nurse provides professional medical advice and medical support.
  2. We arrange for professional doctors to arrive at out facilities each month to provide medical services to on-site workers including health-care advice and health risk assessments.
  3. We hold irregular health promotion activities and speeches to create a healthy work place for our employees and build up a concept of choosing a healthy working environment for them.

Gift coupons & subsidies:

Gift coupons at birthday/three festivals:

We offer gift coupons to celebrate employees’ birthday and festivals (workers’ day, the Dragon Boat Festival and Mid-autumn festival).

Scholarships:

To encourage our employees and their children to pursue excellence in their education, we grant scholarships to them.

Gratuities for congratulations or condolences:

Employees may apply for propitious signage or wreaths in addition to applying for subsidies on such occasions as weddings, funerals, commemorations or celebrations.

Catering services:

We set up a large canteen for employees, providing them comfortable catering environment and a variety of delicious foods for their choice and the catering fees incurred by them are partially reimbursed by us.

Assistance to employees:

An EAPC( employee-assistance program center) is provided to our employees when they suffer from personal or occupational troubles and relevant issues, including advice, consultations, proper intervention, assistance and support they need. This program comprises five services: legal advice, financing advice, managerial advice, psychological advice, medical advice and managerial advice.

We have set up various social groups (baseball clubs, yoga clubs, aerobic exercise club, basketball club, photography clubs, meditation club, badminton club ,Road running club and Fishing club ) which offer our employees leisurely activities at their spare time and are subsidized by us to enable them to gain full physical and mental health.

Family day:

As our appreciation of the hard work and efforts made by our employees for one year, the administrative office and the welfare committee jointly hold an anniversary & family day campaign enabling our employees to embrace the nature and enhance their interaction with their children.
